The Problem:
Purpose, healing, and personal development industries are rooted in systemic inequities—including racism, white supremacy, patriarchy, ableism, and capitalist frameworks—that limit who can safely thrive. Industry standards and conversations often overlook systemic barriers, ignore individual needs, and misunderstand the role of purpose, maintaining the status quo rather than fostering authentic self-expression.
These inequities persist because cultural norms, organizational structures, and societal hierarchies continue to reinforce existing power dynamics, excluding voices of the Global Majority and framing individual struggles as personal failings rather than symptoms of systemic barriers. As a result, many people, particularly the historically oppressed and underrecognized, cannot access the resources and agency needed to contribute meaningfully to their communities or collective well-being, perpetuating cycles of inequity and limiting opportunities for systemic transformation.

We partner with and amplify brands, movements, and leaders directly addressing systemic and social justice issues, redistributing visibility and power, and centering crucial conversations.
Business-to-Industry
Shifting industry standards and conversations in purpose, healing, and personal development to become ethical, inclusive, and systems-informed effectively challenges the norms and beliefs. We provide open-access classes and resources for individuals and professionals ready to reclaim purpose from systemic conditioning and redefine how we live, work, and care for others.
